Alison is an Account Manager and Chartered Marketer at Cal Partners, working with professional services firms across a range of marketing activity, including content, social media, websites and search.
A large part of her role involves getting to grips with specialist or technical subjects and turning them into clear, useful content for the people a client wants to reach. Recently, this has included helping firms improve how they appear in AI search as well as traditional search engines.
Before moving into marketing, Alison spent more than 10 years working as a forensic biology consultant. That background still influences the way she works, particularly when it comes to understanding complex information, asking the right questions and making sure the detail is accurate.
Alison has worked in professional services marketing since 2008 and joined Cal Partners in 2018. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CMCIM), and holds a First Class Honours degree in Biomedical Science and an MSc in Forensic Science.
Based in Northern Ireland, Alison enjoys hillwalking, motorcycling and crafting outside work.
